Treggo is an online platform for buying and selling, operated by NALA Group Shpk, accessible through the website and mobile application. By using Treggo, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Users must use the platform in a lawful and honest manner. Posting false, misleading, or illegal content is strictly prohibited, as well as using the platform for abusive or fraudulent activities.

Each user is responsible for their account and for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Creating fake accounts or using false identities is not allowed. Treggo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

Users are responsible for the content they publish on the platform. Products must be described accurately and clearly, and images must be real and represent the product fairly. Treggo does not guarantee the accuracy of products posted by users.

Treggo acts as an intermediary and is not a direct party in transactions between users. For online payments, transactions are processed through secure platforms, and funds may be held temporarily before being transferred to the seller, including any applicable commission. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is made directly between the buyer and the seller, and Treggo is not responsible for such transactions.

The platform may apply fees or commissions for certain services, such as online transactions or promoted listings. Basic listings may be free, while additional services are paid.

Posting illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate products is strictly prohibited, as well as any offensive or discriminatory content. Any violation may result in the removal of content or termination of the account.

Treggo does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products and is not responsible for agreements between users. The use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

Treggo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
